On this episode, finally there's stuff to talk about with baseball. Morgan rants about her team (Texas Rangers) and their plan to have full attendance. She then raves about the wonders of Zack Greinke. Finally, both Morgan and Laura dissect the arrest of a Cubs minor leaguer and all of the mistakes he made in addition to breaking the law.

In the hockey segment, they first discuss the return of the NWHL playoffs and the new NHL and ESPN deal. Then, they climb the corporate ladder. Highlights include Evander Kane's bankruptcy and possible contract termination, the Rangers doing better with their AHL coaches, and the pitiful Buffalo Sabres. Of course, both Laura and Morgan have things to say about the Penguins and Stars.

On this not so quick hitter, Morgan and Laura welcome their first ever guest. Their good friend Alex joins the show to break down the major interview Harry and Meghan gave to Oprah. It was especially interesting to hear Alex's analysis of the racism Meghan has faced from the royal family, media, and society at large. Next, we climbed the corporate ladder. We discussed the crazy Vegas hotel situation, the passing of Walter Gretzky, bad and unprofessional questions from reporters, and as always updates on the Penguins and Stars.

It's the calm before the storm in baseball, so this episode was dedicated to Climbing the Corporate Ladder and discussing the goings-on in hockey. Then there was an extended rant and rave.

Finally, Morgan and Laura ended up discussing why they are pro-vaccine and all the many reasons to get the first available COVID-19 vaccine when you can.

Morgan and Laura spend most of the episode discussing hockey. They discuss the puzzling hiring of Mike Babcock. Then, it's time for a massive NHL update in Laura’s segment, Climbing the Corporate Ladder. BONUS: Laura suggests the creation of a Chief of Common Sense for the Stars and Morgan submits her resume. On this episode, Morgan begins by discussing the less but still confusing new MLB COVID protocols. She also does a shallow dive into the women of the Negro Leagues.

Then, Laura climbs the corporate ladder and discusses hockey. She finishes the hockey segment by discussing the PR piece disguised as journalism written by Larry Brooks about everyone's favorite racist Tony Deangelo. Morgan and Laura also highlight NHL writers calling out the PHWA for highlighting and endorsing the piece.

Rants this week are both political in nature. They discuss the impeachment as well as the TJ Ducklo situation.

They end on a happy note though and use their raves to gush about the news that Harry and Meghan are expecting their second child and the gorgeous photo they used to announce it.

Morgan was up first with some MLB updates which seems to always include some garbage men doing garbage things. She also discussed Drew Robinson bravely sharing his story (TW: suicide attempt, suicidal thoughts). Finally, she remembered the late Pedro Gomez.

For hockey, Laura started with some news around hockey before Climbing the Corporate Ladder. Highlights of that segment include: an explanation of the Buffalo situation, recap of the insane goal that shouldn't have been in the Columbus-Carolina game, Rick Bowness handling the Khudobin situation like it's 4th grade playground drama, and Jamie Oleksiak with an epic quote.

On this episode, Morgan and Laura talk about no players being selected for induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame. Morgan then reviews the Arenado trade (the official podcast stance on this trade is: puke) and the current status of the 2021 season.

Laura then provides an update on the Isobel Cup. Then we Climb the Corporate Ladder to discuss the various goings-on in the NHL. Highlights include the GM situation in Pittsburgh and discussing the recent play of the Dallas Stars. But most of the time is spent on noted horrible human Tony Deangelo getting waived. Laura and Morgan decided to be proactive this week, and the hockey gods punished them for it. They previewed the West and East divisions. But of course, all of this was as of Thursday. Since then: 1) the Stars season has been put on hold due to COVID-19 issues, 2) Mat Barzal signed a 3 year contract with the Islanders, 3) Corey Crawford retired, and we're sure there are other things we missed too. But there's still a lot of relevant details in this episode that will hopefully get you even more hyped for the NHL season to begin in mere days. Laura and Morgan preview the North (aka Canada) and Central (aka we don't even know) divisions for the NHL season. They talk about all the changes to each team and how they think the teams will do. Mini Episode- On this shortened episode, Morgan reviews the trial of Eric Kay, the Los Angeles Angels employee who gave Tyler Skaggs the drugs that resulted in his death. It may be a shorter episode, but there are a lot of important details in this one.

Morgan and Laura have a bit of fun going through moments from the past year and season that they are thankful for. A lot of serious and fun moments are discussed. We'd love to hear what your thankful for.

Morgan and Laura return for a new episode of the podcast. For hockey, they cover Bayne Pettinger coming out, the updates on the 2021 season, and the passing of friend of hockey Alex Trebek. But they spent most of their time ranting again on the reverse retro jerseys and the NHL's terrible unveiling of them. For the MLB, they have to start with crappy behavior: from Tony LaRussa being charged with DUI and then signed by the White Sox a day later to noted cheater Alex Cora getting hired and other noted cheater Jeff Luhnow suing the Astros over his termination there was a plethora of ranting to do. Things ended on a high note however when they discussed Steve Cohen officially owning the Mets and also being hilarious on Twitter and Kim Ng making history and shattering a glass ceiling by being named GM of the Marlins.

Laura and Morgan have a ranty episode, discussing the irresponsible actions during the World Series, hiring back cheaters, "renouncing" the draft rights of someone you shouldn't have drafted, and stigmatizing mental illness. They also discuss the Stars officially naming Rick Bowness as their head coach and the current state of jerseys in the NHL.

Morgan and Laura review the Arizona Coyotes terrible draft decision and rant about how truly stupid and problematic it is. Then, they recap the recent World Series games, including the dramatic walk off. Rant and rave end. On the rave front, Laura raved about Morgan whose birthday was last week.
