First, she discusses Charissa Thompson's statements (and then apology and then deletion of the apology) about faking reports as a sideline reporter at sporting events. Next, Laura highlights the recent Futurism piece about Sports Illustrated having AI headshots and bios and articles that were allegedly written by AI. Laura and Morgan discuss the issues with what SI was doing and how bad some of the articles were.

In this episode, Laura delves into the recent South Korean state visit to the UK, covering the grand arrival ceremony and the fashion highlight: Kate's stunning and unexpected red cape ensemble. Morgan and Laura praise Camilla's elegant gown choice, perfectly complemented by her captivating debut of the Burmese Ruby Tiara (spoiler: Morgan and Laura think Camilla wore it better than the late Queen Elizabeth did). Finally, she discusses the conflicting reports from Corey Perry's agent and the Chicago Blackhawks about the reason for Corey's absence and whether it was a team or player decision. On the Friday episode, aka our "Life" episode Morgan goes in on a movie near and dear to the hearts of many millennials The Princess Diaries. Morgan highlights all the inspiration the movie took from royals around the world and how cool it was to see all the royal families represented by the movie. Morgan also highlights the inaccuracies and some of the ways the movie doesn't correctly portray royalty. You'll never watch the movie the same way!

In this episode, Laura takes her turn diving into a sports topic. This week, the focus is on the legalization of sports betting in the US. She discusses the court cases that led to it, the various leagues' rules around players and gambling, and other implications of the popularity and availability of betting.

In episode 51 and the first "life" episode in the new format, Laura presents a topic on one of her and Morgan's passions, royals. However, it's a royal family the wider public may not know a lot about, the Danish Royal Family.

After giving background on all the key players, Laura details two recent scandals in the past two years that alone are worthy of a Danish version of The Crown.

Family fighting! Cheating rumors (with photographic evidence)! It's truly worthy of a good TV series, and Laura has all the details for you.

The show ends with a rave about Bing's AI image creator and its ability to make fantasy tiaras and a rant about Twitter's suggested royal trends being toxic AF.

I Guess We'll Never Know

All it took was the Texas Rangers winning the World Series to bring Morgan and Laura back from hiatus!

On their triumphant return to the podcasting world, they announced a new format. There will now be two episodes a week. A sports episode on Tuesday and a life episode on Friday. They will take turns presenting a topic fitting each theme.

Of course, for their return Morgan is covering the Rangers winning the World Series. She goes in depth on the entire season that led up to it, the ups and downs of post season, and of course her undying love for Corey Seager.
